Application Example: SGN30 Cup with SAD18/SVD18 Adapter

A typical example is the SGN30 suction cup. It is available in oil-resistant Perbunan (NBR, black) and in food-grade silicone, which withstands temperatures up to 200°C and suits sensitive or temperature-critical applications (art no. SGS30). Combined with the SAD18 adapter (without vacuum sensor) or the SVD18 (with integrated vacuum sensor), the result is a high-performance yet easy-to-install solution: the suction cup simply snaps onto the adapter and is securely fastened. This well-designed construction reduces both installation effort and maintenance time while ensuring a durable, robust connection.
