Pneumatic pressure switch is a device used to detect gas or liquid pressure and output control signal. It is mainly composed of air pressure sensing elements, electrical control elements and mechanical actuating elements. In industrial production, pneumatic pressure switches are widely used in various pressure control systems such as air compressors, water pumps, refrigeration equipment, compressors, etc., and play a role in stabilizing and controlling system pressure.

The working principle of the pneumatic pressure switch is to sense the change of the medium pressure in the pipeline through the air pressure sensing element, and then convert this signal into the signal output by the control circuit. When the measured pressure reaches or exceeds the preset value, the spring assembly inside the pneumatic pressure switch is compressed, the mechanical actuator is driven, and the control signal is output through the electrical control element to control the pressure. When the pressure drops below the preset value, the spring assembly returns to its original state, the mechanical actuator returns to its original position, and the control signal stops output.

The internal structure of the pneumatic pressure switch includes air pressure sensing element, electrical control element and mechanical actuating element. The pressure sensing element is the part used to detect the pressure of gas or liquid, and generally consists of a pressure sensor and a micro electric valve. When the measured pressure changes, the pressure sensor will output the corresponding signal, and then the micro electric valve controls the state of the mechanical actuator by receiving this signal to achieve pressure control. The electrical control element is responsible for converting the pneumatic signal into electrical signal and outputting the corresponding control signal. The mechanical actuating element generally adopts the structure of piston, diaphragm, etc., and realizes the switch switching by receiving the signal from the electrical control element.

When using the pneumatic pressure switch, the following points should be noted. First of all, the appropriate pneumatic pressure switch model should be selected according to the properties of the measured medium, working environment, pressure requirements and other factors. Secondly, during installation, ensure that the pneumatic pressure switch is tightly connected with the pipeline to avoid gas or liquid leakage. In addition, the pressure should be adjusted according to the actual situation to achieve the best control effect. During use, regular inspection and maintenance are also required to ensure the normal operation of the pneumatic pressure switch.
